Parkside @ Putney, Fit out of new clinic and MRI suite - £470,000.00

We were instructed by Aspen Healthcare to carry out a complete fit out on one of their newly acquired sites, this involved all new partition walls, doors, ceilings and flooring we also had to supply and fit a number bespoke items. There were extensive M&E works involved in the project, we had to renew all the services to the flooring including fresh air duct work, air conditioning and all hot and cold supplies, we also had to fit pumped wastes to all new sinks and basins as the surrounding areas were very sensitive and there was no way of gaining access to the ceilings below.

Nearing completion of the works we were also asked to refurbish the toilets to this floor of the building. We are currently fitting out an area of this floor for an MRI suite, including a faraday cage and quench pipe.
