Holly House Hospital, New Endoscopy Suite – Job Value £280,000.00

This involved B J Davis Ltd turning and old store area into the new scope wash at a private hospital. We had to form a large opening through a 400mm concrete slab to accompany the new staircase using bursting methods so as not to disturb the theatres with loud noise. We then had to fit a number of large steel beams to support where the opening was formed. We also had to erect a number of fire rated stud work walls to section of the different rooms which were either covered with a whiterock sheeting so as to created a whip clean environment, all the floor where covered with polyfloor vinyl and ceilings fitted were antibacterial. In some other areas the walls were painted with Dulux sterisheild in order to keep bacteria levels down. We then fitted a number of laminated doors throughout the scopewash area to maintain the wipe clean effect.
